NCPA submitted comments to CMS on its proposed Calendar Year 2026 physician fee schedule. In the comments, NCPA called on CMS to reimburse pharmacists for billing for diabetes prevention services, remote monitoring, screenings, disease state education and counseling, nutrition information, lifestyle recommendations, expert medication advice, and annual wellness visits.
