Building bridges with your local Baha'i community

NCPA March 25, 2026

This month's CPESN® Community Connected webinar focuses on effective ways to engage and connect with your Baha'i patients. The session, which will be held on April 8 at 9 p.m. ET, will review the history of the Baha'i faith, their geographical distribution, and core beliefs, as well as how to better engage with adherents.

The webinar will also cover how to identify community stakeholders and partnership opportunities that support the health and well-being of Baha'i individuals, as well as recognize common misconceptions and stereotypes related to the Baha'i population and their potential impact on patient care and workplace interactions.

The Community Connected webinar series helps pharmacies better understand and work in the communities where their patients live, eat, play, and pray. Every session explains how to engage with people of different backgrounds through patient-centered service delivery.

P.S.: CPESN is already planning the Community Connected webinar for May, this time on May 13 at 9 p.m. ET. It'll be Mental Health Awareness Month, so it's focusing on mental health as a general subject to help pharmacies implement clinical services supporting patients who need help. You can register for that here.
