NCPA launches nationwide multi-media ad campaign to promote independent pharmacies

Yesterday, NCPA started a nationwide ad campaign encouraging consumers looking for a better experience than the big-box store or mail-order pharmacy to go to an independent community pharmacy where they’re treated like a neighbor, not a number. The multi-million-dollar, multi-year campaign will splash across national television over the next two weeks, and then move to local cable, streaming TV, social media, and online sites.

The ads show consumers sarcastically praising chain pharmacies for their minimal operating hours, ineffective interactive voice response bots, and other obvious failures that customers endure daily. They contrast those experiences with the high-quality customer experience at independent community pharmacies. You can watch the ads on our YouTube channel.

All the ads invite viewers to visit the NCPA pharmacy locator, where they can find a nearby community pharmacy.
