Your pharmacy should be handing out paper copies of Medicare’s Likely to Benefit notice every time you get a paid claim with Approved Message Code 056. This code is sent any time a claim has a copay amount greater than $600 to make sure the patient knows that they may benefit from opting in to the Medicare Prescription Payment Plan. A new set of five language translations was posted in a .zip file near the bottom of CMS’ M3P Landing Page and replaces the previous notice that has a 12/31/2025 expiration date in the footer.
