Each of the three modules addresses different components of what constitutes a positive and productive work environment and leads to high-quality patient care.
The modules can be purchased individually or in an all-access pass that includes over eight hours of content. Empower Performance focuses on motivating employees, strengthening leadership, and promoting team wellness. Empower Respect centers on fostering inclusivity, improving communication, and optimizing workflows. Empower Action helps teams build problem-solving skills, tackle workplace challenges, and explore new pharmacy revenue streams.
