NCPA has received reports from our members that some of the WAC price reductions are not showing up in some wholesaler price files and that some of the more expensive 2025 WAC prices are showing up on 2026 invoices. We recommend that pharmacies closely review their wholesaler invoices especially for those products that have had WAC reductions and report any anomalies to their wholesaler immediately.
