Be a part of the movement to ensure older adults and those who care for them can navigate medication management and maintain their mentation and mobility. A new program, "Age-Friendly Pharmacist Badge Program," from the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists walks registrants through age-friendly care practices and how to optimize medication management.
Pharmacists will learn how to use the 4M's framework ("what matters," or the patient's health outcome goals and care preferences; medication; mentation; and mobility) to enhance their expertise in caring for older adults. Participants will receive a digital badge at the end of the program to demonstrate their new skillset.
