By this point, you’ve likely heard that President Donald Trump on Thursday announced that starting Oct. 1, brand-name or patented pharmaceutical imports will be subject to a 100 percent tariff unless the company is building a manufacturing plant in the U.S. As of press time there’s limited information available, so here’s CNN’s take.
