Last week, we shared that Rep. Buddy Carter (R-Ga.) had announced he was stepping down as chairman of the Energy and Commerce Health Subcommittee. On Thursday, it was announced that Rep. Morgan Griffith (R-Va.), another community pharmacy champion, would succeed Carter as the chairman of the Health Subcommittee. NCPA looks forward to continuing to work with Griffith on critically important PBM reforms.
