Anne Cassity, NCPA's senior vice president of government affairs, gave a legal and advocacy update at RedSail Technologies' Connect 2025 conference, held June 5-8 in Grapevine, Texas. She spoke about the current situation in Congress with priority pharmacy legislation; the great work being done in the states this year, especially with PBM and reimbursement reforms; and the latest on the legal front, including the lawsuits in which NCPA is currently involved. Anne also talked about opportunities for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to become engaged as pharmacy advocates.
