Arkansas governor touts PBM reform law in the New York Times

Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders (R-Ark.) is taking to the pages of the "The Gray Lady" to plug the state’s new law to prohibit state permits to pharmacies owned by PBMs—and to push her peers to act. "My fellow governors and congressional lawmakers should ignore the fear mongering from PBMs and stand up for patients and local pharmacists to end these anti-competitive practices and fix the broken, backward system that has tarnished America’s health care for too long," she writes in a column published Tuesday, the day after the PBM lobby filed suit over the law.
