Nadeena Soghrim and Angelina Tucker, PharmD, BCGP, CDCES, will share with attendees the history of the Caribbean population in the U.S., strategies for engaging with Caribbean employees and patients, and ways to identify key stakeholders in communities committed to advancing Caribbean-American health to support pharmacy services expansion among those patients.
