No matter how your pharmacy is doing, or how long you've been on the job, there's always work to do to improve your leadership skills and business acumen. Pharmacy team leaders, owners, and managers can all benefit from advice from industry leadership and business experts. That's where NCPA's CORE Leadership Program comes in. Participants will attend weekly virtual sessions led by leaders in pharmacy, receiving lessons on financials, operations, and marketing. Participants will also get complimentary NCPA Annual Convention registration! The next CORE cohort will begin in August 2025.
They'll have access to up to six one-on-one coaching sessions in areas of their choice and collaborative group discussions with their peers. Participants will leave the program with new, actionable strategies to lead a high-performance team, improve workflows, and better manage their inventory.
