NCPA's Mental Health First Aid training is an effective way to prepare your staff for when they encounter a patient going through a mental health crisis. How do we know it's effective, you ask? We surveyed our last class, and every single participant said the training was relevant to their day-to-day work. Ninety-five percent said it was helpful, informative, and left them better prepared for their job. Attendees will learn how to recognize signs of a mental health crisis, provide support for those patients, and connect them with the resources they need. Our next training will be on April 22; thanks to the support of the Cardinal Health Foundation, we're also able to offer $50 off registration for all participants!
