Oklahoma Debates Bad Drug Plan Regulations that Would Harm Consumers

Oklahoma legislators are currently debating SB 1150, which would grant pharmacies the right to contest not only the negotiated list price of any drug they dispense, but also contest other contractual arrangements, such as customer co-pays and dispensing fees before the contract expires. This would cost Oklahoma taxpayers and consumers millions per year.
