Today in STEM: International Day of Women and Girls in Science

February 11th is now celebrated as the United Nations' International Day of Women and Girls in Science. The need for individuals with STEM degrees is growing, but students generally are not actively engaged in learning STEM-related subjects in school. This need for student engagement in STEM-related subjects could be achieved through school specialization.
