Dallas City Cable TV Goes HD

Dallas City Cable TV has switched over to HD, and now levies a 1% tax on FIOS and U-Verse customers, which "falls disproportionately on households with lower income," says NCPA Senior Fellow Pamela Villarreal in an NBC 5 News interview.
