Robert Goldberg Robert Goldberg, Ph.D., is a Senior Fellow at the National Center for Policy Analysis. He also is a Senior Research Fellow at the Ethics and Public Policy Center and is director of the Center's project on Medical Science and Society. Dr. Goldberg has conducted research and written extensively on price controls on biopharmaceutical innovation, FDA control of medical information and the impact of government regulation of medicine on health care quality.  His articles on health care and social policy have appeared in Reader's Digest, the Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, Policy Review and Regulation.  He is an adjunct scholar at the American Enterprise Institute.  He received his Ph.D. in Public Policy at Brandeis University in 1984.
