WASHINGTON, D.C. (January 13, 2003) -- Bruce Bartlett, senior fellow with the National Center for Policy Analysis (NCPA), will appear tonight (Monday, January 13, 2003) on CNN’s Lou Dobbs’ Moneyline. The show airs from 6:00 to 7:00 pm ET. Check local listings. Bartlett will appear with Ed Yardeni of Prudential Securities and Bill Gross of PIMCO to discuss the direction of the markets and if now is the time to buy stocks.
