Czech President Vaclav Klaus continues to maintain close ties to the Dallas-based National Center for Policy Analysis think tank. NCPA vice president Jeanette Goodman attended his inauguration, and, back in '03, President Klaus was in Dallas to receive the

NCPA Distinguished Leader Award.
On Monday, he will return to Dallas for the release of his On the Road to Democracy: The Czech Republic From Communism to Free Society.
