Gramm Previews Plan to Rescue Social Security |
Dallas, TX - The National Center for Policy Analysis will host the
Honorable Phil Gramm at the next Hatton W. Sumners Distinguished Lecture
Series luncheon, Friday, November 6, 1998. Over the years, Senator Gramm has recorded a long list of
accomplishments, including authoring the historic Reagan budget and tax cuts
as well as taking a major role in the health care debate. The Senator is now
working to rescue Social Security by gradually moving to a investor-based
system.
