Dallas, TX - The National Center for Policy Analysis and the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas will host noted author and attorney, Clint Bolick on Wednesday, October 21, 1998, for a luncheon and book signing of his new book: "Transformation: The Promise and Politics of Empowerment. "

Bolick is vice president and director of litigation for the Institute for Justice, a Washington-based watchdog organization dedicated to the protection of individual rights. In this role, he litigated the successful defense of the nation's first school voucher program in Milwaukee.
