NCPA's Reynolds To Discuss Texas Death Penalty On CNN's "Both Sides With Jesse Jackson"

DALLAS (June 23, 2000) - Rounding out a busy week, Dr. Morgan Reynolds, director of the National Center for Policy Analysis' (NCPASM) Criminal Justice Center will appear on CNN's Both Sides with Jesse Jackson this Sunday to discuss the controversy which surrounded the execution of convicted killer Gary Graham.
He will also discuss the scrutiny being given to Texas' administration of the death penalty during this presidential election year.

As the director of the NCPA's Criminal Justice Center, Reynolds is the author of the Reynolds Report, an annual study of the time criminals can expect to spend in prison for their crimes, and frequently writes about the role of punishment and its expectation in crime prevention.
