The National Center for Policy Analysis and the Federal Reserve Bank
of Dallas are hosting a Policy Forum luncheon featuring Lawrence B. Lindsey, American Enterprise Institute scholar, holder of the Arthur F. Burns Chair in Economics, and former member of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. As one of the nation’s leading public policy economists and policymakers, Lindsey’s remarks will provide unique insight into the motivations and processes that affect the global political economy and business and politics at home. His new book, Economic Puppetmasters is a guide to how the world’s economic decision-makers think, what drives them and what limits their scope of action. Lindsey spent six years at the Board of Governors. Prior to joining the Board, Lindsey was a special assistant to the President for Policy Development during the Bush Administration.
