	John C. Goodman, Ph.D., President John C. Goodman is NCPA president and CEO of the National Center for Policy Analysis. The Wall Street Journal and the National Journal, among other publications, have called him the "Father of Health Savings Accounts," and the Media Research Center credits him, along with former Sen. Phil Gramm and columnist Bill Kristol with playing the pivotal role in the defeat of the Clinton Administration's plan to overhaul the U.S. health care system.
	Richard W. Walker, Chief Operating Officer Richard W. Walker is chief operating officer. Richard has varied and in-depth experience ranging from marketing communications and small business consulting to financial and investor relations and strategic market planning.
	Joe Barnett, Director of Policy Research As director of policy research, Joe Barnett is responsible for the NCPA's publishing program, working with academic authors, independent experts and the NCPA policy staff in the writing, editing and printing of NCPA books, studies and periodicals.
	Tab Boyles, Director of Events Tab Boyles is Director of Events at the National Center for Policy Analysis. In this role, he is responsible for managing internal development projects including fundraising, and planning the Hatton W. Sumners Foundation Distinguished Lecture Series, Chairman's Council and donor Conferences, Policy Forums, luncheons, receptions, and other events.
	Eileen Resnik, Senior Development Officer Eileen Resnik is senior development officer at the National Center for Policy Analysis (NCPA). Formerly director of the Murphy Enterprise Center at the University of North Texas (UNT), Eileen was responsible for the operations of the Center, including: planning, coordinating, fundraising and the educational programs.
	Bob McTeer, Ph.D., Distinguished Fellow Bob McTeer is a Distinguished Fellow at the National Center for Policy Analysis (NCPA), covering macroeconomic issues, including monetary policy, fiscal policy, tax and education policy.
	Barry Asmus, Ph.D., Senior Economist A Senior Economist at NCPA, Barry Asmus writes, testifies and speaks on political and business issues facing America.
	H. Sterling Burnett, Ph.D., Senior Fellow H. Sterling Burnett, Ph.D. is one of the country's leading authorities on energy and environmental issues.
	Devon M. Herrick, Ph.D., Senior Fellow Devon Herrick, Ph. D., is a preeminent expert on 21st century medicine, including the evolution of Internet-based medicine, consumer driven health care and key changes in the global health market.
	Brian Williams, Legislative Director Brian Williams is legislative director at the National Center for Policy Analysis. Williams leads the NCPA's Washington, D.C. policy outreach efforts, representing the NCPA and its public policy issues to the President, Congress, Capitol Hill staffers and other government constituencies.
	Pamela Villarreal, Senior Fellow Pamela Villarreal is the NCPA's expert on retirement, Social Security, economic growth and tax issues.
