- Dan Cook is Senior Director of Goldman Sachs & Co. in Dallas, which he joined in 1961. He is very active in several civic and academic related organizations in Dallas including being a member of the Dallas Citizens Council and a trustee of Southern Methodist University. Mr. Cook's political activities include being the former co-chairman of the Texas State Finance Committee for Kay Hutchison, State Treasurer; State Finance Chairman for Texas Victory '92 Committee; and Texas co-chair for the Re-Election of Bush/Quayle.
- Mr. Cook received a B.A. from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. He also received an Honorary Doctorate from the University of Nebraska. Mr. Cook is a former Lt. Cmdr. in the U.S. Navy, Supply Corps.
