As Director of Online Operations, Ron Lyon oversees all of the activities of the NCPA's online department. These activities include Web site design and development, email administration for both individual and mass electronic mailings, PC hardware/software support, server administration for both Windows and Unix servers, and projects such as high-availability, disaster recovery, web casting, podcasting, and systems monitoring.

Ron brings to the NCPA 16 years of diverse IT experience with Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in Dallas , where his work included procurement, programming, consulting, and management in distribution, logistics and repair areas.

Ron has a B.S. in Business Management and an A.A.S. in Computer Programming.
