Christa Bieker is a policy analyst with the National Center for Policy Analysis.  In this role she provides resources and topic analysis for NCPA's Debate Central web site initiative, a free online resource for high school debaters.  Christa graduated magna cum laude from the University of Texas at Dallas, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics. 

Christa has extensive experience in debate, having competed in collegiate debate at UTD, and at the high school level as part of the University Interscholastic League (UIL), the Texas affiliate of the National Federation of State High School Associations. She was the 2003 UIL state champion in Lincoln Douglas debate.
