• The NCPA launched a new Web site devoted to consumer-driven health insurance. The NCPA developed the site due to the surging popularity of consumer-driven insurance plans and the need for healthcare professionals to understand how they work. Some experts predict they will account for as much as half of the health insurance market within the next few years even though fewer than 1.5 million workers currently have access to consumer-directed plans.
