  • NCPA Policy Analyst Matt Moore's remarks on the Texas Report Card, a study on the value added by Texas schools, on KXAS-TV, KDFW-TV, KUVN-TV and KXTX-TV, all of Dallas-Fort Worth.

  • On June 24, NCPA Senior Fellow Bruce Bartlett told CNNfn's Market Call that the Federal Reserve overshot the cut in the federal funds rate with the additional quarter-point. Bartlett's comments penetrated nationally syndicated radio programs such as the Laura Ingraham Show, the Jim Bohannon Show and Bartlett's syndicated Washington Times column.

  • On June 9, NCPA Senior Fellow William Conerly told KOIN-TV (Portland, OR) that subsidies and tax breaks given to companies that are relocating anyway are a waste of resources.

  • On May 29, Bartlett's comments about the Bush tax plan were the focus of CNNfn's Money and Markets program and CNN's Crossfire program on April 30.

  • Bartlett discussed dividend taxation on CNNfn on May 12 and Fox News Channel on May 14.

  • Cannon discussed consumer-driven health plans on CNBC's news coverage on May 12.

  • On May 9, NCPA Government Affairs Director Michael Cannon told CNBC's Squawk Box that plans incorporating Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Reimbursement Accounts and Association Health Plans are the future of health care.

  • On May 5 Team NCPA's Iowa poll showing that most registered voters are concerned about Social Security reform appeared on KCRG-TV and KGAN-TV in Cedar Rapids, WHO and KDSM in Des Moines (both IA).

  • On April 28, NCPA Policy Chairman Pete du Pont told CNBC's Squawk Box that President Bush likely will not get all of the tax cuts he wants from Congress this week, but his long-term tax strategy is still viable.

  • On April 24, Bartlett debated President Bush's tax cut proposals with former Secretary of Labor Robert Reich on CNBC's Kudlow and Cramer.

  • Bartlett told CNBC on April 18 that markets should recover slowly now that the Iraqi conflict has ended. His remarks also appeared on the Fox News Channel.

  • On April 15, Bartlett discussed whether Bush tax reform was necessary on CNBC.

  • NCPA Senior Fellow H. Sterling Burnett told KTVT-TV in Dallas-Fort Worth on March 27 that the stability of oil field operations is crucial to the economic recovery of Iraq.

  • NCPA Senior Fellow Celeste Colgan told PBS-TV's McCuistion program on March 23 that the U.S. economy must adapt to the changing needs of women in the workforce.

  • Burnett told KERA-TV (DFW) on March 21 that the Iraqi conflict isn't about oil.

  • News Note from ABC News' political unit showed Bartlett's remarks on Medicare reform needing a market-based, private insurance approach.
