Gerald Musgrave, Ph.D. Gerald Musgrave is president of Economics America, Inc., in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He has engaged in teaching and research at California State University, Michigan State University, the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School, Stanford University and the University of Michigan. Musgrave has written widely on health care and other issues. He is the author or co-author of more than 60 publications including Patient Power, a book he wrote with National Center for Policy Analysis President John Goodman. He is the chairman of the Health Economics Roundtable of the National Association of Business Economists and is a Fellow of the NABE, the organization's highest honor. He served as a presidential appointee to the National Institutes of Health Recombinant DNA Advisory Committee.
