John Victor Lattimore is president and chairman of the board of Lattimore Properties, Inc (LPI). Lattimore Properties is the General Partner of Lattimore Materials, L.P.(LMC), Lattimore Management, L.P., Stringtown, L.P., and East Cape Development.

Mr. Lattimore is past chairman of the Board of Texas Aggregate and Concrete Association, and a former member of the Board of Trustees of Austin College, past President of the Board of Holy Family School, and a past member of the Vestry of St. Peters Episcopal Church.

Lattimore also is a member of the Collin County Regional Airport Strategic Planning Board and a past member of the Governor's Advisory Committee of Rock Crushers and Quarries. In addition, he is also a Lifetime Member of the Dallas Safari Club and Lifetime Member of Safari Club International. Mr. Lattimore is on the Board of Trustees of the Lattimore Foundation.

As President of LPI/LMC, Mr. Lattimore plays a very active role in several charities. He has received the Excalibur Award and the Top Gun Award from the American Cancer Society. He was also honored with the Bob Beard Good Neighbor Award from the Texas Aggregate and Concrete Association. Lattimore Materials Co. was honored by receiving the Collin County Business of the Year and the City of McKinney Business of the Year.
